With more than 25 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, and real estate, Sara Patterson is a proven sales leader dedicated to providing the highest level of service to her clients. A graduate of Florida State University and a Florida native, Sara has lived in North Florida for more than 25 years and possesses in-depth knowledge of the Greater Tallahassee area as well as North Florida’s beautiful coastal communities, including 30A. She and her family are blessed to call the 30A area home! 

Sara understands the complexities of moving—whether locally or across the country—and approaches every transaction with care, integrity, and a genuine concern for her clients’ well-being. Her commitment to excellence has earned her Top Producer in Sales at her brokerage in both 2022 and 2023.

As a REALTOR®, Sara has experience in a wide range of transactions, including buying and selling homes, working with out-of-town and first-time buyers, condos, investment properties, coastal homes, college and military relocations, VA loans, luxury and historic properties, home staging, vacant land, and pricing strategy analysis—just to name a few.

Sara’s top priority is her beautiful family—her husband, Jimm, and their two children, Reagan and Wyatt. Her kids would insist she also mention their cat, Rosie, who firmly believes she is a dog. 

In her free time, Sara enjoys traveling, meeting new people, collaborating with colleagues, and helping her real estate clients achieve their goals. She values building genuine connections and is grateful that many of her clients become lifelong friends.
